Committee changes for 2008

As you will be aware we did not have anyone wishing to stand as Secretary at the AGM. In addition the following officers of the Club submitted letters of resignation from the Committee over the Christmas period:
RCH - Debbie Theaker Membership Secretary - Liz Lorains Dinghy/Frostbite officer - Anni Bentley.

I am very pleased to say that Julia Drake has kindly offered to act as Club Secretary for this year and Marilyn Dixon has offered to help out at as Membership Secretary, Marilyn obviously missed the exciting Friday Committee meetings!!! With the change in officers the Committee has been realigned slightly and areas of responsibility have been changed to allow the Committee to get on with its business and the club to function correctly. Therefore the new Committee's line up will be as follows:

Rear Commodore Sail - Jim Theaker

Membership Secretary - Marilyn Dixon
Mooring Secretary - Dave Wharton Who also takes responsibility for Sandsend Dinghy Compound & Frostbiting
Publicity - Suzie Sykes Year Book - assisted by Neil Williamson
Social Committee - Lorraine Williamson and supported by Marilyn Dixon, Peter Turner, Nigel Robinson and Linda Hinds.

Greens Lunch
